WHATS BEHIND THE LENS?

​Cadence Photography, is a site dedicated to my love of Photography, and a willingness to honor those that inspire me and that I admire.

 

Photography is not the creation of art inside a camera, but the capture of a moment outside the camera. Whoever or however the shutter is released is not important, what matters is capturing the moment, the art is in the beauty of moment, the photograph sharing a glimpse of the moment now passed.

 

My challenge is to see and enable the beauty, to enable the moment.

My privilege is to press the button, and share the moment. To claim otherwise would be a failure to understand the beauty, the art or the moment in which it existed. 

 

 I rarely take on paid work however will be professional at all times I make no promise that the pictures I produce will be dull, bland or the usual highstreet product. I am happy to take traditional and formal images however always reserve the right to mix things up on a few shots to bring something new to the images. Published, exhibited, and honoured to have worked with some great people, Current camera's, Sony A77, A350, A100IR, Mamiya RZ, Fujica, Polroid, Zorki, Zenit, Various Minolta Dynax, Sigma, Many more here and there.... ​​
